GROUP EMAIL 8/20/2018- Pretty Average Week

This week wasn't that exciting. I didn't get injured so that is a bonus but I have to keep going to rehab. i think that I am almost done with it though. I am crossing my fingers. The rehab people are really nice I just would rather be killing it on the sand volleyball court obviously. We invited one of the people we are teaching to baptism and he accepted so that was awesome, Chinese lessons are starting to get a lot easier. Also in sacrament meeting I could understand pretty much all of the talk and know what was going on. So that was also awesome. But other than that, nothing really exciting happened.

Yesterday we had this awesome devotional though. I don't know if you could really call it a devotional but it was about how the gospel is being furthered through technology. I took a picture of one of the diagrams, I am not entirely sure how you guys can look at pictures but I am sure my mom will attach a short explanation when she emails you all lol. But it really showed me how the Lord has truly inspired people to create this great technology. And it really showed me how that technology is used to bless the world. While the technology can still be used for bad, it really is good. It was really cool to see. 

Anyways, that's all for this week. Pretty boring, I am ready to get out there. Hopefully I can get my visa so I don't get reassigned hahha. Thank you to everyone that has written me, I love hearing about home and love and miss all of you!
